Great House Available this Summer!

Great house available for sublease mid-May through August 10 (with the possibility of leasing for an additional year from August 10 if interested). The rent for the whole house (unfurnished) is $1965 per month, including trash and water. In the past, our electricity and gas bill in the summer has averaged $60 per month. Pets are allowed with a $300 pet deposit.

House: 4 bedrooms, 1 ¾ bathrooms, open living room, huge recently remodeled kitchen. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Please note that in the City of Boulder you cannot have more than three unrelated tenants in a house, but a family could absolutely have more. Appliances include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and swamp cooler. Backyard is large and fenced, and has a storage shed. A small garage offers tons of storage. The driveway provides off-street parking, and there is always ample parking on the street.

Location: Great location -- easy access to Foothills highway, near four RTD bus routes, and close to Williams Village (you can take the Buff Bus to CU). You can bike to CU in 15 min. It is just a few minutes' drive to 29th St. Mall and Target, and you could easily take the Bound as well.

We are very sorry to leave this house, but my roommates and I are graduating in May and are off to new places! Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to see the house.
