This is a sublease from Feb 2012 to August 2012. I have one room available in a 2 bedroom Apartment. I'm a graduate student at ISU, and I have a visitor staying with me till end of January. The apartment covers everything except electricity, which so far costs about 20 - 25 per month. If anyone's interested in moving in I will take care of the sublease fee ($75). There is also two parking spots for the apartment, and I'm using one so far. The place is literally a couple of minutes from the 2 Green route. The apartment complex is very quiet, with no noisy neighbors. I'm most of the time occupied with the lab and classes. Great house available for sublease mid-May through August 10 (with the possibility of leasing for an additional year from August 10 if interested). The rent for the whole house (unfurnished) is $1965 per month, including trash and water. In the past, our electricity and gas bill in the summer has averaged $60 per month. Pets are allowed with a $300 pet deposit. House: 4 bedrooms, 1 ¾ bathrooms, open living room, huge recently remodeled kitchen. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Please note that in the City of Boulder you cannot have more than three unrelated tenants in a house, but a family could absolutely have more.
